Chakra Balancing
Chakras, or energy centres, are located at various points within our bodies and they are incredibly fascinating!! The more I learn about our chakras, the more intrigued I become.
We have 7 main chakras in our body and these chakras are energy centres that spin when in good health.
When they are out of balance, they may become stagnate or they can become over active.
This can lead to all sorts of imbalances in your body including physical, emotional, spiritual or mental, such as brain fog, lack of energy, soreness or stiffness, inability to tune into your intuition just to name a few and they can lead to more serious issues if left untreated.
The good news is that it's generally very easy for me to rebalance your chakras. Womens Chakra Balancing

During your chakra balance treatment, I go over each of your chakras and identify which ones are blocked and which ones are flowing well.
I perform a rebalance of your entire energy body, cleanse your aura and rebalance each of your chakras. We also discuss things you can do to keep them flowing at home. The modality I use visually shows you the change in energy, so it's tangible and you can physically see the change in your body, as well as feel it.
If this all sounds a bit weird and woo woo to you, don't worry! You just lay there with your eyes closed, it will feel very light, relaxing and peaceful.
It's a beautiful treatment and you will leave feeling more clear, grounded and peaceful, with more clarity of thought. All in all it makes you feel more balanced.
